Replate, Resize, Repair

5 Year Warranty & Lifetime Repairs

Each piece is made with meaning, durability, and comfort in mind, but even the most durable pieces can encounter wear and tear. Our goal is that you could pass it on for generations and it would still be beautiful. That is why we offer a 5-year warranty that covers every piece you buy for five years - free of charge.

After that, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a little fee, so you can wear your jewellery again and again. Whether it's replating or resizing, our goal is to ensure you can continue wearing your cherished jewellery for years to come.

Replate

If you notice your jewellery losing its colour over time, don't worry. We will gladly re-plate it for you.

Resize

If your ring doesn't fit just right, don't worry. Our rings can be resized up to two sizes higher or lower than their original measurement.

Please note that some designs cannot be resized due to their configuration. However, if we have a replacement in the size you need, we'll happily exchange it for you.

Repair

Our jewelry pieces are designed to be worn every day, which can sometimes lead to damage. Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back to you, good as new.

If it’s not fixable and you're still within your 5-year warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or a gift card voucher.

Purchased Online

Enter your email address or phone number and order number (found at the top of your order confirmation email) into our online portal, and we'll automatically generate the form and shipping label you need to send your jewellery back to us.

If you can't find your order number, you can log in to your account to see a list of all your orders. Be sure to retain a copy thr tracking information for your records.

Received as a Gift

If you have proof of purchase with an order number, please email us at info@odoba.co. We'll generate the form and shipping label needed to return your jewellery.

Our Customer Care Team will contact you once we receive your jewellery. Be sure to retain a copy thr tracking information for your records.

If you didn't receive a gift receipt, please ask the purchaser for a copy of the proof of purchase. If this isn't possible, contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
